What else do you think is good to cover in orientations and training. I will also have an overhead so I'll be using a laptop for visuals.

A list of main contacts for certain situations?

ie. if you need to know about cruises, talk to Joan at ext xxx. If you need to know about bustrips, talk to Bob at ext xxx.

That, and a physical walkthru of the area. My boss of course never told me where the bathroom was - and I felt like an idiot asking. So I wandered around a while until I found one.

One started last week and one this week so I covered a walk throgh and honestly forgot to show them where the copier was So that is a good little reminder. Makeing sure they know where the important things are located.
