Help, traveling on airplane and smokey casinos

ok I tried to search for an answer from here but didnt find it.... i had a m/c 2 months ago and am now pregnant again.

we are going to Vegas and...

1. airplane??? is there anything to do to be cautious with the recirculated air to avoid catching something???

2. Casino's?? yes we know they are smokey, dh has offered to spend more time shopping with me to avoid them more(big sacrifice, lol), but are there some casinos there with smoke free sections, anyone know where???

I went to Vegas 18 weeks pregnant. Flying shouldn't be an issue unless you are having a problematic pregnancy.

Yes, the casinos can be smokey but a lot of them now have non smoking slots and they all have no smoking tables. You have to just walk around and look for them.

Airplanes: try to walk in the aisle often.

Casinos: some have a smoke free section but I have never seen them.

I went to Vegas at about 15 weeks. The plane ride was long--6 hours, and my Dr suggested that I get up every 2 hours even to walk up the aisle. It helped!! I kept drinking water too!
The casinos are not really that bad, honestly...Mohegan and Foxwoods seem a lot smokier to me. We found a few places that had non-smoking rooms, and we just made sure to get out for fresh air every once in a while...it was gorgeous then too!!
Have fun!
