HELP! Twin's Birthday Party tomorrow -
I'm not in the mood to shop for a gift for the twins (their first bday party it tomorrow), so I'd like to give a card with money in it for them.
I was thinking a card for each twin with 50.00 in each. (100.00 total). The party will be catered at a hall out east.
Do you think that's enough money to give as a gift? Should I give more or less? How much would you give if you were in my situation?
TIA!!!
PS - The mother of the twins and I have been friends since 3rd grade. She was a bridesmaid in my wedding party.

I "think" it is enough... are they family? friends? I would probably do $50.00 in each and then a book or something like that, but I am always a fan of building their library-that's just me though... it should be fine!

I agree. I think $50 each is enough but love the idea of a sentimental gift like a favorite childhood book to go with it, something along "The Places You'll Go"would be great.

I think that is a nice gift. I would maybe add a book for each of them.

Def. enough, I love the idea of a book, my daughter loves the multiple story books. Then she can pick! the story.
