help with cheesecake
I am making cheesecake and the recipe ask for graham cracker crumb but I bought the pie crust instead.. should I put less time in the oven?

is it the graham cracker crust in a pie pan?If so, that cant not be baked. that is meant to pour pie filling in then putting it into the fridge to cool
Do you mean an unbaked frozen pie crust?
Usually when you make a cheescake its made in a spring pan the the crust is made of graham craker crust that is pressed in to the bottom of the pan, then the mixture is pour it the pan then baked.

you should be able to get the graham craker crust mix right near the other crusts. It comes in a bag
