Help with Christmas table setting
I'm hosting for the first time but so far everything I have is ivory/beige (like the rest of my house ). Accents are silver (napkin holders, placecard holders etc). I dont have napkins yet but I was going to get ivory with beige monograms. I want it to look festive and the tree is actually in the dining room with deep red velvet bow topper and ribbons coming down it so I guess I could pull that color into the table but do I need to? Would silver or red chargers help make it more festive? I stink at this!
China
Tablecloth
ETA: It would be simple to get a deep red table cloth but I have an unusual shaped table (60" square) so I havent found one. I was thinking a runner over the tablecloth might be my only option?

I wouldn't go out and buy all red chargers...it would be easier to find a festive tablecloth and if you can't fine one in your table size do a table runner. The red chargers would just be more dishes to wash

Re: Help with Christmas table setting
I know some people don't like silver/gold combination but for the Holidays I love how that looks so I am going to say GOLD chargers.
