Help with Foundation Brush
I want to purchase a foundation brush that I can use to apply tinted moisturizer. Can I buy a foundation brush or a powder foundation brush? I just came across one that I liked but it said it's a powder foundation brush. Would it still be good to use with tinted moisturizer? Any personal recommendations would help!!

Re: Help with Foundation Brush
I have this one-- I just bought it, but I think I like it. Most that I've seen are flat like this. Powder foundation brushes are usually fluffier.
I think tinted moisturizer wouldn't really need a brush but a liquid foundation brush would probably work better than one meant for powder foundation.

Re: Help with Foundation Brush
I use the mac 187 stippling brush to put on foundation so that would be good for the tinted moisturizer as well...

Thanks for the suggestion - I've been using foam wedges and I feel that so much of the tinted moisturizer gets absorbed and goes to waste! I thought the foundation brush would be a better alternative.

Loreal makes a good one that you can get in drugstores. I also like my japonesque one from ulta.

I have a similar one to this and like it better than other foundation brush that was shown (the flat one). I have a hard time applying the foundation with the flat brush.

Thanks for the suggestion!! I was looking for something that I could buy at Sephora since I have a whole bunch of giftcards there....I'll buy this one though if nothing better is recommended.

Sephora should have something similar.
The one I got was from a foundation brush kit that was under $40 at MAC. They considered it a travel set since the brushes were short but the heads were full size. It came with the above brush I use, a flat one, a blush brush and a concealer brush. I liked that I was able to see which worked better.

Re: Help with Foundation Brush
A stippling brush doesn't seem to me like it would work--doesn't it leave splotches? I'd have to try it I guess.
Sephora has one (in their own line.)
