Help with references for a paper
How would I reference class notes?
ETA: notes that the professor put online for the lectures?
ETA: Does this look OK?

Re: Help with references for a paper
Are you using APA format? If so, I have the style guide and can check it out for you.

Re: Help with references for a paper
I am looking online at the APA style guide and can't find "class notes" in any of them, so what I did above was based on Conference Proceedings

Re: Help with references for a paper
Hm, can't seem to find class notes either...are these notes you took in class or that were handed out by the prof? My logic is that if it was handed out by the prof, then it could be cited as unpublished works....
Otherwise, I think it is fine as is.

it was handed out, or rather put on blackboard for us. I am just going to leave it as is. I don't think he is going to care since he is a scientist not an english teacher.
