Re: HELP...I need Vegetarian food...
stir fry with noodles (you can even use ramen if you want) - you can do just veggies or veggie and tofu

also a veg lasagna is easy and cheap - you can do either a "white" lasagna or same as a reg on but no meat - an extra layer of cheese or sauce!

Grilled Portobella Mushrooms with Mozzarella cheese on top. I marinate them in soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Yummy!
Pasta with broccoli or spinach

Re: HELP...I need Vegetarian food...
heidi's ideas were all great. you cna look in the vegetarian section of the supermarket. That will give you a lot of ideas. Chili with veggie meat. stir fry with just veggies, veggies and tofu, or veggies and fake chicken. All are So good. Vegetarian lasagna is so good. Just like regualr lasagna and you can either add italian/sausage style crumbles and/or veggies. I love rice and beans and any kind of stir fry. Eggplant parm, eggplant rollatine, pasta w/ pesto, the possibilites are endless. Also if you want to keep something in the house for a quick lunch amy's kitchen makes great pockets and breakfast burritos, pan pizzas, shepherd's pie, etc. And lightlife smart deli makes great imitaton cold cuts. You can either make completely meatless stuff, or you can amke things how you normally would but subsititue a meat substitute.
Also, I LOVE vegetaran tacos and burritos. You put veggie crumble s9I like morningstar farms0 in a pan with water a taco seasoning packet, let it heat and let the water cook off, heat up a can of vegetarian refried beans, lettuce tomato, cheese, salsa and tortilla and voila. With all of the flavoring most people can't even tell the difference!

Re: HELP...I need Vegetarian food...
for frozen foods, annies is great. there really is so much you can make. For instance, if you are making chinese, just don't fry meat with veggies in the wok. Italian is easy because you can make vegetable lasagna, stuffed shells, pasta with veggies, etc. Bar-b-ques are easy too. Corn on the cob, veggie burgers, potatoes, and macaroni salad. pita bread with salad mixes in it. Roast zucchini/eggplant/squash/mushrooms and make wraps.
