Helping my brother with his cover letter...
He saw on ad in NY Times. There is no contact person and the only number is a fax number! I suggested against writing against to whom it may concern but it looks like there is no other option.
What should I do???

Re: Helping my brother with his cover letter...
"To Whom it May Concern" is fine. As an HR Manager, I get tons of cover letters and to be honest, I usually skip over the salutation line.
This isn't something to lose sleep over.
