I know there is one in Commack on Veterans Highway.
It might even be considered Hauppague. But it is very close.
Its an old fashion kind of ice cream place.
If there are any Coldstones still open they do birthday parties.

If Ben & Jerry's is still in Huntington, they do birthday parties there. We went to one a few years ago and it was really cute.
They did pizza, make your own sundae, tye dye shirts.

The Ice Cream Shoppe in Hauppague was cute, kind of $$. Just be aware that anything they "suggest" is extra.
