Henry ate my thyroid meds!!
I had just taken them and left the bottle on my nightstand (usually they are in my bathroom) and then went into the shower. When I got out he was eating them!!! I had no idea how many pills he actually swallowed. I called the vet and they told me to call poison control immediately. Luckily poison control said that the worst thing that can happen to him is an upset stomach.
I feel so guilty for leaving them out! Please alway put medication away! I definetly will not ever leave pills out again.

That is very scary! A few years ago DH left the advil bottle out and Jessi got a hold of it, luckily she was ok!

Yeah,My pup ate 2 advils once and she just threw up- I hope ur dog is ok :)

Oh no...My cousins German Shep. Ate a box of advil cold and sinus. He had to have his stomach pumped!

Norton ate 1 of my pills once, I called the vet and they said it should be fine.....he was....but that was only 1 pill

Dogs sometimes go on thyroid meds, which means they do have an effect on them. Call the vet back just to make sure there is no further monitoring necessary.
