Here's our Luau Menu-Critique Please
We'll probably have about 30 adult and 20 kids. I don't feel like I have enough food. Any ideas?

Coconut shrimp

Spinach dip in Hawaiian bread with extra bread
Candied pineapple (on tables)

I also am going to have chicken nuggets and mac n cheese for the kids.

 I actually didn't forget. We actually talked about it but it was just more than I wanted to deal with besides I like to not actually see the face of the animals I eat.

I would say to add some kind of cooked vegetables- like sesame green beans or something like that.
