I did. I think it has great potential.
I wasn't super in to Lost after the first episode, it took me about 3 or 4 and now I'm totally hooked.
I think Heroes has the same qualities.
It will be interesting to see the new characters with new powers and how the ones we already met decide to use theirs.
I will be around for "Heroes" discussions.

I thought it was better than Studio60's first (and second) show.
We were laughing at the first scene with the Japanese guy in the office. So funny.
I've always liked Hayden Pantierre (sp?) since she was on Ally McBeal. I thought for sure the guy's brother (who is the politician) was related to Scott Bakula. He sounds like him a little and I think he looks a little like him in the mouth area. But I looked it up - they're not related.

I must admit though, the painting of NYC disturbed me a little. The first thing I thought of was WTC.

He's married to the lead singer of the Dixie Chicks! He always reminded me of Scott Bakula too!
Dh and I really liked Heros. It felt just like the 1st episode of Lost for me. All the characters intrigued me and it has so many places it can go.
We were just really confused about Ali Larter's super power. I mean, flying, regeneration, teleportation and preminitions I get. But an angry, possibly *murderous* reflection??
Is that a superpower?

I didnt really understand her superpower too. What's up with that?
As for the show, I loved it! But now I'm stuck recording Vanished.
Who plays the politician? What is his real name?

I know exactly what you mean, I was wondering too. I think maybe it's more like she has developed an alter-ego. She's the evil to everyone else's good.
Maybe she winds up being the antagonist?

DH read something about the show and said that Ali Larter's power is that she's like the incredible hulk - it's a split personality thing.
