Hey Feb mommies!!!! hows everyone feeling??

I see MrsPs babys on her way and a few gave birth.. but how about the rest of left anyone else feel like this is their week??

I was hoping but dont see it happening.

Due on Tuesday (17th). I don't see it happening this week, but what do I know?

no mucus plug sighting, no contractions...not even braxton hicks. Just kinda hanging out waiting. Still working at 39 weeks, though I may make tomorrow my last day...the subway and more so the stairs in and out of the subway are just torturous. By the time I get to work at 8:30 my ankles/calves/feet are so swollen they hurt. And I'm just so tired. I feel like I'm back in my first trimester where I used to fall asleep at 8 pm every night.

I'm just majorly uncomfortable overall, but no real pain to speak of. I go for a growth sono today to see how gargantuan he is, and then I see my OB on Thursday.

How about you?

I stopped working last week, b/c it was getting to be too much on feet 8 hours straight.. now I feel great. I guess I could have worked still.

Had the stomach virus last sat into sun, lost 5lbs as per my check up yesterday. Had my first internal, only 1cm dilated, no effacement, and long cervix.. so im thinking got some time. Time to start doing the walkign thing.

Hi Ladies,

I'm still here too. I'm due on the 25th and still working. My last day is going to be this Fri. I work in a school and we're on vacation next week, so I won't go back the week of the 23rd.

Last visit, my DR. said I was 75% effaced, no dilation. I have another visit today.

Feeling very tired, and heavy in the belly! I hope everyone else is doing well!

Hey girls!

Im here and would be totally lying if i said i was calm and ready!! IM FREAKING OUT!! My Csection is thursday and im scared to death. Thats all i can think about the good and the bad. IM a nurse and should be ok with the whole hospital setting and im not!! Ive never been a patient before this pregnancy and it just scares me to death. I know i will be ok but i know that their are risks as well. OK freak out done! Sorry

DH is becoming excited and became all teary eyed. I cant believe i am 1 day and 8 hours away from the day of my sons arrival.

I'm here....... Birth tub was set-up last night, car seat was just installed and inspected so thats all done....

Basically we are all set with the homebirth stuff and my house is 75% clean...


I'm having lots of cramping and BH contractions today as well as some......bathroom issues.....looks like my body is getting ready! We'll see what the next few days bring

Still here. Thought that yesterday might have been the day, but nope. Contractions never got regular (although some of them hurt like a SOB) and they stopped completely at 2:30 this morning. Too sporadic and irregular to go to L&D, so I stayed home & took a hot shower, etc. I have my last growth sono today, so we'll see how big this baby has gotten!

I am due Friday--- I have had some contractions....some very painful- but they eventually stopped-

I am technically still working (I am a teacher) but I took today off- and I have a personal day Friday..so officially two more days- if DD doesn't have other plans for me!

I have not seen a mucus plug yet- but Doctor said I might not-

When I was there last Friday she said I was dilated 1cm...didn't mention being effaced or not and I didn't think to ask.

I have another appt Friday morning.

hey ladies!!

I'm due on the 18th.

Everything is ready- just need a baby now!!!

I feel fine. No mucus plug falling out, no contractions. Been having a few braxton hicks and cramping, but nothing overly painful or regular.

I am very cranky. dh is an angel.

I go to the dr tomorrow for another checkup and yes another internal, yuck.

We did schedule my induction date just in case for 2.24, so at least an end is in sight!!!

I am over ready here- I ended up with a horrible cold and cough from my DD and collectively, we haven't slept much. Last night was the worst- I think I slept ten minutes.

I have my supposed final appointment tomorrow and I have had lots of cramping- I keep thinking every day that this is it. Not due until Thursday though...

Actually happy the baby waited it out since my doc gets back today!

It had better be my week! I was due on the 7th! I am feeling pretty done. I am still working because I want to have the most time with the baby, but it is really taking a toll on me.

I am feeling very anxious and just can't wait to hold the baby!

I had my 38 week appt today, no internals until 39 weeks at my OB. So I have no idea if I'm dilated or effaced at all! My next appt is the 20th, hope I go early and before then (EDD 22nd). I have some cramping but nothing too bad. The baby is measuring average size, my last sono at 30 weeks the baby was big for its age and the doctor was worried I may need a c-section, but all is good now and he is average size...so now it's the waiting game! I'm ready for him to come!!!

I'm trying not to get annoyed but I am so tired of not sleeping well...although I know it will only get worse when she gets here.

Still 1 cm dilated, 50% effaced, less than 2 wks til my due date...I'm just ready to go!
