hey USUK and other UK girls
is the singer ronan keating popular over there? just heard some of his music and i am in l-o-v-e!!! curius if he's an artist from the UK and im just out of the loop

He's actually from Ireland.
i LOVE him. When i was there for the summer in 2000, i heard "Life is a rollercoaster" like 10x a day- its kind of dorky, but i think its such a Fun song... brings back good memories.
he sang my wedding song too, "When you say nothing at all"-love it (obvously  ).. He has alot of great songs.. i think now he seems to be covering alot of goo goo dolls songs, so he's gaining popularity in the US.
another Awesome song by him is, "If i don't tell you now". you should DL it- i really think you'll love it!
(can you tell i'm obsessed with him? oh yeah- and he has my maiden name too. )

he's awesome! and pretty easy on the eyes too.... though, i refrain from saying that he's hot- in the off chance that we are related, i would just feel Dirty.

I love Ronan Keating too And yes, I can claim him as being Irish.
He played with Boyzone in the 90's and they were a big hit for years. I have a few of his and Boyzone's CDs but DH won't let me play them

i kno, omg im sooo out of the loop!!! i think i was listening to nysnc back then LMAO...i have heard of boyzone tho  maybe he will do a reunion tour LOL

Boyzone was Irelands version of N'Sync. I used to love them.

Yes he is Irish but I HATE HIM. I don't like his voice really...He only does covers, this year he released a cover of "Iris" by the GooGoo Dolls, I mean did you need a cover of that one?
I say I hate him, but he is a big campaigner for Breast Cancer because his mother died quite young a few years ago of the BC and he was devastated. He walked across Ireland for charity and he and his wife are always appearing on television for the cause.
