Hi and a Question...
Thank you to both of you for responding!
Cowgirlkate - I have not had hsg and dh has not had SA. Only indication regarding response to clomid was my 7dpo bloodwork prog. level which was much better 2nd month than 1st. I was not monitored by sono.

Re: Hi and a Question...
Start seeing an RE. Sounds like time to try IUI/clomid or IUI/injectibles. I can't speak as to the progesterone issues but as far as thyroid issues go, I also see an endo. She made a HUGE deal out of managing my levels AS SOON AS I got pregnant. She had me hold onto a lab work script to use as soon as I knew I was pregnant so she could immediately begin managing my levels. I have read that thyroid issues can cause early miscarriage.
Did you have a semen analysis done? And an HSG?
How did you respond to clomid? I always responded extremely well to clomid but nothing ever fertilized even after 4 cycles showing more than 2-3 eggs. We moved on to IVF and it stuck the first time. We did ICSI which helped with whatever issue we were having with the sperm and egg connecting.
ETA: I also have twins from a previous IUI/clomid cycle.
