Hi Everyone I am new here
Hi everyone,
I am recently new at this to being pregnant. I am under a different name because I haven't told anyone that I am pregnant besides my husband. But I have many questions. Right now I have a lower back pain and I have no idea what is causing it? Any suggestions? I may only be a month pregnant. I am going to the doctor in two weeks for my first sonogram.

Hey
Congrats.
Lower back pain was one of my first symptoms too. Unfortunately from my experience, just being pregnant causes it, and the only thing that has helped me so far is a pillow. I sleep with a pillow behind my lower back and whenever I can I sit with one on my lower back.

Hi, congrats. Me too, I'm uncomfortable in my lower back. Not like a pull or a strain, more like how my back would feel when I had PMS or AF.
