Hi! New Here! A few questions...
Hi Everyone,
I am new to these boards. Just a little background - I have been married for just about 2 years and I have decided that I want to start TTC in March. In the meantime, I am getting ready. I started working with a nutritionist over the summer to lose some weight. So far, it has been successful. I also am working out to try to get into great shapre before I try to get pregnant. (since I have March in my head, I figured I would use this time to do this!).
Other than just general health, what else should I be doing before I start TTC?
I look forward to any comments and I look forward to getting to know all of you over the upcoming months!

Re: Hi! New Here! A few questions...
have you seen your dr yet?? Mine gave me a bunch of samples...I liked PrimaCare One the best out of all the samples. See if they can give you samples because each person is different with their reactions....but, I love PrimaCareOne. The drugstores also have generic ones too...I have heard lots of people taking those too. Good luck to you!!

Re: Hi! New Here! A few questions...
Thanks - no I haven't talked to my DR yet. I am planning on going for my annual before the end of the year, and I figure that's when I will discuss it, since I would like to start trying in March.
Right now, I am trying to get all my ducks in a row - get in shape, eating healthy, excercising, just trying to get my body ready.
Thanks again!!

Re: Hi! New Here! A few questions...
Maybe just continue to take your regular vitamins(if you take) if not, maybe just take a multi for the time between now and your annual. Welcome aboard!

Re: Hi! New Here! A few questions...
I actually take a multi vitimin twice a day that my nutritionist gave me and it has iron in it. He made sure of that. The folic acid is the only thing I would be missing. I think I will hold off and wait until I go to the DR.

Welcome!! GNC makes a prenatal vitamin. I also started trying to cut the caffeine habit.
