Oh wow! Do you live in the development itself? I was curious if it is an adult community or family?

Re: Hidden Ponds Condos in Smithtown

It is very much in transition from empty nesters, to younger people/couples, with a smattering of families thrown in. It is a nice, well maintained community, with easy access to both the Northern and LIE.

My mom lived there for 12 years and just sold her unit (3Bds), to a single 35 year old professional man. She left mainly because she became a widow and that coupled with the stairs was enough for her to sell.

Overall, I think its a great community.
