high chair helper

I read a review online for an item that I believe was called a high chair helper. Its a foam padding that fits into the wooden highchairs at restaurunts to support babies who aren't quite ready to sit on their own yet. Has anyone heard of this item? Do any of you ladies know where I can purchase one?

I haven't heard of that, but you can use the floppy seat that fits on shopping carts the same way...
