High rents
Usually all the articles are about the housing markets, this one is about renting.
Suprisingly, NYC was the area with the highest rent.

according to a story I watched on TV- renting in the city in nuts right now- and people aren't buying they are renting
apartments are getting rented in 2 minutes sometimes

I recently inquired about 2BR apts in my bldg and the lady in the rental office laughed at me and said just stay put. for one extra bedroom, it would be DOUBLE my 1BR rent - $5000 a month!!!
