High White Blood Cell Count
Just got a call from my OB that my white blood count is high. should be no more than 10.5 and its at 15.42...what could this be? she wants me to re-take it at a lab this time. I don't feel sick or anything. I am so nervous now.

Could be that you are just fighting something off. Even if you don't feel sick you could have been exposed to something your body is fighting off. I wouldn't freak out yet- retake it and see what it comes back at. Sometimes there is even lab error.

It's probably an infection. You could have a UTI, for example, and not even notice it since you're used to peeing more often.

Re: High White Blood Cell Count
I had blood drawn end of Sept and it was a little elevated so they repeated it last week and its higher, can I have an infection that long?

Yes it's possible if it wasn't treated.

High White Blood Cell Count
Mine always seems to be 12 something. It's flagged on my lab results, but my Dr never mentioned it.

I have that too. My doctor said it is normal during pregnancy. Sometimes, your body recognizes the pregnancy as a foreign body.

High White Blood Cell Count
Interesting you posted this...i just got my lab results back for my annual work physical and mine came back high (out of normal range) as well. i was going to mention it to my OB. if you google, a little high actually seems to be normal during pregnancy.
