Highlights or Balayage- Queens/Nassau
Looking for a salon that doesn't charge an arm and a leg for GOOD highlights or Balayage. I've been to a bunch of places and I can't seem to find somewhere that's not overpriced for good quality. I really want Balayage, but will get highlights if it's a great place. TIA!

cant really help, but i did see a TON of groupons for highlights
maybe find one and read reviews on yelp etc

Osio in Rockville Centre, Samantha for Bayalage. I don't think they are overly expensive but they aren't cheap either. Id say average for a nicer salon price.
