Hiii!

I see some familiar faces over here! I post mostly at LIW but decided I should definitely post more over here!

Always looking for fun new ways to change up my diet and exercise routine! I've been having knee problems the past year so I'm slowly replacing running with long walks when I get the chance. (Which is difficult with a 5 year old!)

how do you stay so thin with a bad knee? do you eat? it looks like you don't even have to work at it!

I suffer from bad knees too and just recently have been told to stop running. I am going to look into knee braces first.

Awww, thanks! I LOVE food, too much sometimes. There is a lot of obesity in my family and I am determined to fight it! I really have to watch what I eat and make sure to keep my hubby satisfied and my little monster as well. LOL

I love doing Cardio Barre at home. It's a great low impact high intensity workout. It's fun too!

I used to run a lot more but have always had trouble with my left knee which has progressively gotten worse. (I can only go about 10 minutes before the pain starts and I have to re-stretch).

Hi there! Welcome to the D&F board. I have knee issues as well (which I'm not happy about as an avid runner). I'm always looking for new ways to switch things up as well that won't hurt my knees!
