Hillary to FINALLY deliver her concession speech.
Someone said it the best on Facebook- how she should have thanked her supporters. The fact that she didn't spoke volumes of her character.
I couldn't agree more. I mean, I am sure she thought she had it in the bag. How she was going to be the first woman commander in chief. She probably was sobbing. Maybe she thinks the feds are really going to go after her. Whatever it may be, she should have sucked it up, went out there and thanked everyone for their support. That would have been the dignified thing to do.

Honestly, what does it matter? Had Trump lost and did the same thing as her I wouldn't think anything of it. It's a huge loss for her (and for anyone that loses a presidency). So what if she needed some time to gather her thoughts and pull herself together? I don't think it says anything about someone's character, it's just called being human. She called, she conceded the race, and now she's giving her speech. It's a hell of a lot more that what Trump would've done if he lost...............he said as much.
As an aside, there is nothing AT ALL about Trump that is dignified so truthfully, if you support him you really shouldn't have much to say about how HRC has carried herself last night and throughout this election.

As an aside, there is nothing AT ALL about Trump that is dignified so truthfully, if you support him you really shouldn't have much to say about how HRC has carried herself last night and throughout this election.
The fact that you and others support a lying cheat of a woman speaks volumes. All the leaks and shadiness associated with the Clintons is more than enough for me. Trump had nothing on him that needed to be leaked. The media even said it. And the fact that even JILL STEIN said not to vote for Hillary is enough for me.

Hillary to FINALLY deliver her concession speech.
I do not by any means like Hiliary or Trump and had an extremely difficult time voting and haven't even shared with any of you or my husband who I voted for, but I will say this, I just finished watching her speech and I am blown away. Do I think she should have made her speech sooner, absolutely, but she did it and that's what matters. She did a fantastic job and it was an extremely eloquent speech with a powerful message. Hopefully as she said, red or blue we can all move forward together.

I am glad she waited - she composed herself, gathered her thoughts - this was probably her final public speech and I don't think she was in any fit state to give this at 3 am this morning. I know I was a mess lying in my bed reading the results - I cannot imagine what she went through.
So she got her thoughts together, said what she needed to say and more importantly thanked all the tireless people who worked with her for all this time.
This was IT for her..years of working towards this and it was pulled from under her last night. Throw her a bone. She is human after all.
So now we move forward. Whatever that means.

She did say thank you! Where does it say a speech needs to be given within a certain time frame? It was not even 12 hours later!
Give it up already. At least she accepted her loss with dignity. Trump would NEVER have done that, he was already planning on calling the entire election rigged if he didn't win.

If you followed Hillary, then you'd know she cares VERY much about things being perfect.
I watched (listened) to her speech at my desk and I was moved. And on FB, I have some friends who are absolutely NOT Clinton supporters - may have even admitted to hating her in the past - who have shown true grace in acknowledging how good her speech was, her strength and fortitude. That's what we need more of. I know those people are happy Trump won, but they're gracious winners.
Seriously people, she lost, she didn't contest it or act like a cry baby - or even threaten to do so. She conceded and then came back a few hours later and gave her speech. You don't look good (general you, not specifically to the people I've quoted but certainly to some on this thread - you know who you are ) kicking her while she's down. You don't make Trump supporters look good. You don't speak to progress in this country, positive change, and you do nothing to dispell the idea that Trump supporters are ignorant bullies. And I acknowledge the people on the other side who are calling Trump supporters ignorant racist bullies. That's not right either. But don't point fingers and pretend you're better.
I am a Clinton supporter.. she was speaking to me (and at several million others). We're not hating on her for waiting until daylight. Bakc off already. Enough is enough.
