Hills K/D Prescriptin Food

Hello,

If you cat is on k/d food for kidney disease - where do you buy the cans? Our vet is $45 a case !! I don't think petco and those types of stores sell it.

Or if your cat is on another brand PLEASE let me know.

also - This brand only has 1 flavor !! poor kitty, used to many flavors with her fancy feast :(

I don't think you can get K/D or any of the prescription diets from Science Diet anywhere else but the vet. I have never looked online but so far a I know it's only available at the vet. My Chihuahua is on U/D. Luckily he only eats about 1/4-1/3 can a day so it goes a long way. You can try calling around to other vets and seeing what the price is. It might be a couple of dollars cheaper for the case depending on the vet you go to.

thank you :) we have been using a third of the can too cause she eats dry food too, a case will probably last us a few months

My dog is on W/D for diabetes. You can get these at Pet Smarts with Banfield in them. You can easily get a script card from the Banfield counter.
I just went there today and they are having 15 % off the whole store this weekend and stocked up!

I have some cans and dry as well
