I kept saying "Of course, she's Pg". And "Oh, right, of course he's having a baby too". And "Oh, of course, here's another on the way."
One day, some day, I'll be so over this.
Hate feeling uncomfortable with scenes like this. It should NOT be this way; but it is.

The scene where the mother surprised Ted and they were both so excited really got me. I hate that we'll never have that kind of moment.
And I just feel like every freaking show has some reminder lately. On the finale of Psych, Gus' new boss makes a comment about how you shouldn't wait too long to start a family. Seriously, can't I just watch a TV show without being reminded about this stuff???

Yesterday my patient made it a point to tell me not to wait too long for #2.. I wanted to whack him with one of my 10lb ovaries. lol

Right now I wish I had sharp dental instruments. That coworker of mine just came in to vent to me about how unfair it is that some people get pregnant so easily while she's considering freezing her eggs to avoid "being traumatized" like I was. At least she backed off a little bit when I told her that I had no idea how unfair that is and she should really tell me about it. I can't decide if she's a clueless narcissist or just an effing moron.

She's relentless. Obviously, my experience with this made enough of an impression on her that she's thinking of freezing her eggs, but not enough of an impression of her to have any freaking concept that it's a painful subject that she should stop bringing up. I guess it's my mistake for forgetting the world revolves around her and I just happen to live in her world. Unreal.

I stopped watching parks & rec because there were too many pregnancies and sono appts and announcements and pregnancy comments in one of the episodes and I just couldnt enjoy the show anymore. I watched last night and was thinking the same thing as I watched, wow, another one?

Little fun fact- the fertility dr that lily and Marshall went to on the show is my dr in real life!!! Dr. Stangel played by Barney is a real fertility dr- with RMA... ;)
