Hit a huge goal this week!
I had a mini goal for myself to get under 170lbs. I was hovering between 170 - 172 for weeks! Anyway I weighed in today and I am 169.2!! I lost 2.2 this week.
I am so proud of myself. I havent been this weight in about 5 years. I have 25 lbs till goal so its a long way but I am setting mini goals for myself.
My total weight loss is 23lbs!
