Hits way too close to home...
They just identified the killer as Cho Sung Hee, a student from Korea who's residence was identified as Centreville, Va... which is about 10 miles from me.
It's been breaking my heart as I read the names and locations of the victims... On the DC Next board, there are so many ladies that knew the victims.
I just can't believe this happened.
