hitting up CVS today...update

This was our first month ttc and i don't think it was successful. I didn't use any kind of charting or temping methods, but this month I think I want to. What products are the most worth it to get? I don't want to spend a ton of money either.

Ok, so I bought the CVS basal themometer and "Answer": Daily ovulation tracker with one month supply. I hope I didn't waste my money! What has your experience been with either?! When do I start using these?

I would get the CVS basal body thermometer. I've been using it for two months and I like it. Are you going to try OPK's this month? If so, I recommend checking out http://www.early-pregnancy-tests.com/. I have bought the OPK strips and several other items from them. I was pleased with their products and service. good luck!

Depending on how involved in monitoring you want to get, you can take any number of next steps. I started out just charting CM and AF. Then I added the OPK's. This month I am temping in addition to the above. It tends to get more complicated as you go along but is worth it when you get or BFP! I also recommend reading the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility.

Totally agree!!
My steps were...
Reading up on everything about TTC with internet and TCOYF
Next, I bought OPK
Then, I purchased TCOYF online fertility software and love it! It really helps.
I just bought CVS Basal therm. and started that 3 days ago. I also looked at other girls charts so I know why I am temping and what I am looking for :)
Finally, this is only my second month TTC but I heard so much about Preseed so I ordered that and it just came in the mail today. Anything to get more of an advantage to TTC
