I don't know if they deliver, but two bagel places I know in the area are:
Bagel Brothers on Main St - 285-7262
Bagel Patch on Sunrise (Stop N Shop shopping center) - 567-4786

bagel biz is in Hauppague (they also have locations in melville & east meadow)...not sure if they deliver but I know they cater...so you can try
