Holbrook (Patchogue/Sayville) Ped Recomendations - Dr. Eisenberg
can anyone recomend a ped. in the holbrook/sayville/patchogue area?
Hopefully with a short wait, night and weekend hours? I know - asking a lot but...

Dr freed and dr sherz on Union ave in Holbrook. The entire staff is wonderful and they have evening and weekend hours.

i live in the holbrook area but take ds over to peds first pediatric in medford. They are opened 7days a week - never a wait and the staff is awesome. its about 10 min drive but i love the office. the drs (haleogua and nastassi) come from the big practice in holbrook.
the reason i didnt go to the practicce in holbrook in union ave is bc its sooo big and u hardly ever see the same drs.

We go the the practice on union ave in holbrook and when I make an apt, I see the same dr every time. I see Dr. lafamena, shes awesome.

A few people here recommended Dr. Eisenberg to me. He's in Sayville on Main st. We met with him a few weeks ago (I'm due in a few weeks) and we instantly loved him.

well they have 2 locations one in Holbrook and one in East Islip so naturally I go to East Islip b/c its around the block

Was seeing the one in Holbrook on Union. They are nice, but that place is organized caos at best.
Starting going to Ped's first and the first visit was amazing, however I had to issues since. Could not take me in a emergency and waited all day for a call back that left when they first open. I will give it a few more months. They are small and the day I called only one doctor was in the entire day. No nurse practicinors, not PA's.

I second Dr Rivera. He is wonderful. usually he has a short waiting room wait. The one time he was running behind his receptionist called me to tell me that he was running late and that she would call me when he was just about ready for us. So that I wouldn't be sitting in the waiting room with a 1 month old and a 7 year old driving me insane.
He has three days where he is open till 6pm
and open on saturday.

We use SV Pediatrics on Woodside Ave in Medford. We see Dr. Lee and I really like them. I switched to them from Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine of Holbrook after a few issues that I wasn't happy about and have found them to be great. I never wait more than 5 minutes, the office staff is nice and helpful, they have great hours (a few nights a week and weekend) and they are great about talking to me when I have a question or concern.

Dr Lee left DS's original practice - forgot about him... I'll have to mapquest these places out and check out their hours.

Well, we went to Dr. Eisenberg yesterday. I wouldn't say I fell in love with him but he was good. DS was scared he was going to hurt him and he didn't seem to calm DS down too much. He didn't hurt DS though.
