I had my sister's shower at J&R's in Stony Brook and it was great. Good food, the people were really nice and we just did a tab for the drinks since not everyone was a drinker. They have two private rooms.

Those were just cocktail party prices if we went that way - otherwise, I would say whoever drinks pay for themselves.



Yes, I think we should get a set price for the food with tip and tax. After that, we will just have a separate check for the drinkers. Sound good?

I've never been to a party at either but I have eaten at StonyBrook and Medford ones.
