Holiday tips for daycare workers at gym?
Been going to a gym for 3 months. There are about 5 regular workers in there. I know they are probably paid crap. I want to show them I appreciate them, but unfortunately since there are 5 of them, I can really only give them $100 to split. Do other people pay the daycare workers at their gyms to say thanks, or am I going overboard?

I think that is a nice gesture but definitely not necessary

I think that is a nice gesture but definitely not necessary Yeah...I'm torn as to whether or not to do it. I don't want it to be expected, but at the same time I want to show them I appreciate them.

how about a nice cookie platter or something? That would require me to cook, but maybe I'll give it a try.

No... you can get those at the store in the bakery section! They make stacked cookie trays. No cookiing required.

Some sort of food thing would probably be good. If you don't think they would want cookies, you could do a fruit and cheese basket (personally, I'd prefer cookies).
$100 seems like a lot for people who watch DC for a short amount of time here and there.

I would do the 20.00 tip.
I think if there is anyone in the universe to tip, its the people watching your kid.
You have it great right now with being able to drop her off and get a workout in.
