Hollywood Doc: Sixty Percent of Hollywood Has Had Plastic Surgery

In Hollywood, it's getting harder and harder to find a natural face.

"It seems more people who have absolutely nothing wrong with them are getting surgery," casting director April Webster (Mission: Impossible 3) tells Us Weekly in its new cover story.

Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Raj Kanodia — who has fixed the noses of Ashlee Simpson, Jennifer Aniston and Cameron Diaz — estimates that 60 percent of Hollywood women undergo some type of procedure.

As more celebs like Ashley Tisdale admit to going under the knife, and others like Scarlett Johansson speak openly about a topic once off-limits ("I definitely believe in plastic surgery," she said last year. "I don't want to be an old hag. There's no fun in that"), Us consulted top Hollywood surgeons to see which stars may have transformed their looks.

What did Angelina get done? I would have though did was all natural, she looks exactly like her pictures from 20 years when she was 12.

She had a more bulbous nose as a teen. While NYC cosmetic surgeon Geoffrey Tobias says, "It could be that the bridge thinned out," the actress' rep insists to Us, "She has never had a nose job — ever."






Halle Berry, 41
"I'm saddened by the way women mutilate their faces," the actress has said. Tobias thinks she's had "natural-looking rhinoplasty."






Angelina Jolie, 32
"This looks like a nose job done properly — it's not a radical change," says Tobias of Jolie. "Both the bridge and tip are just slightly thinner."





Paris Hilton, 26
"Paris can't close her mouth, her lips are so puffed," NYC-area plastic surgeon Zachary Gerut says. As to a nose job? Her rep tells Us, "No plastic surgery!"
