Holy cow - work for chase!
DH is changing jobs and going to chase. We haven't seen the full medical benefits yet but get this - they will cover up to $10K for adoption fees for up to 6 kids ($60K!!!!), offer up to 21 days of emergency child care and have reduced rates for day care at 4 major day care chains.
Heck, if they have that they must have some coverage for IF in their medical! Go work for Chase girls!

great news!! when you couple that $10K towards the adoptive with the tax credit, the adoption (international anyway) is really not that hard to pull off.
