Holy Cramps!!!
Wow. When I read that you'd feel cramps, i figured like those little PMS twinges I have been getting all my life. Wooahhh mamma. This is insane! I feel like every muscle below my belly button twinges every 45 seconds. It's quick and brief but totally annoying!
Any advice on how to minimize these?
No bleeding BTW- just cramps. Paranoid 1st pregnancy me already called the midwife at my OB practice. She said it's totally normal..

Same thing is happening to me. Last night it hurt so much that it woke me up. I was afraid that something was terribly wrong, but my doctor (and everyone else) says that it is normal.
Hope you feel better soon.

I've cramped through out my entire pregnancy. The 1st time I called the Dr and they had me come in for a sono. Everything was fine and they said that with some women it is normal. I am going on 23 weeks and still cramping so I guess it is!

I get these too. Aside from an occasional Tylenol, I don't think there's anything we can do about it. Right now, it kind of reassures me that there's something going on down there, you know?

Im 17 weeks and I still cramp like crazy at times. I actually went to the doctor a couple of times when I thought the cramping was too strong, and everything was fine!!

I've had cramps here & there all along-19 wks now. Make sure you drink enough water, being really hydrated can make them somewhat better. Feel better.
