Holy Growth Spurt Batman!!!!!

Baby Brontosaurus doesn't want to disappoint at 8 1/2 months. His weight is nothing like when he was born, as he's only at 20 pounds now. But his length just keeps going. It's his torso again. Now some of his 18 month onesies are getting snug.

My little man is outgrowing everything. And don't even get me started about how much he is eating right now!

It's getting tough finding onesies 18 months+, any suggestions where to go? TIA!

Mommy says I can only hug you and I am not allowed to give you kisses yet like I give her and Daddy.

onesie extenders are a great invention. You can find them online. I used the heck out of these things when my kids were little.

Are you talking the undershirt ones or "shirts"?

I bought Caden some onesie shirts in 24 months for the summer from H&M (there is one in Smithaven) and TCP. They fit but they arent huge..H&M size is 18-24 months I think.

Caden is pretty long in the torso too..it's the way babies are built basically..

Carters makes the undershirt onesies in 24 months and their stuff runs pretty big too..

Caden is pretty close to Michaels size give or take a bit..he's heavier but I think Michael might be a little longer..Caden is 30 1/4 inches. (I thought that info might help you some)

both my sons were born long and stayed long - I found the best onsies for long kids were at Children's Place - they have a huge selection of onsies in 24, 36, and 48

BRU also does, but I find that they run small.

Carter's outlets have onesies up to 24 months and they are true to size. Steer away from Gerber; they are cut soooo small.

I was going to suggest Carters also.

Gracie isn't far behind Caden or Michael at 30 inches too. She's still fitting in 12-18 month stuff though.

WAIT UNTIL HE'S 13 EATS EVERYTHING THAT'S NOT NAILED DOWN AND GROWS SO QUICKLY OUT OF HIS SHOES, THAT OVERNIGHT THEY START TO HURT ON HIS FEET!!!

Dear Olivia,

I love you so much and I was very excited to hear you on the phone yesterday. Mommy is just stuck in the house too much that it makes me sad. Daddy has to take her everywhere. And tonight she has to go to a place she calls 'hell'. But I hear she gets a paycheck to go to hell, so I guess it keeps my tushy covered in diapers.

I miss you so much! Here's a picture to keep you going through the hard times! Now I must go eat my prunes so I can poop.

Wow - my little one is already over 22lbs and almost 30 in (9mos) and still fits in his 12 mo ones..although I did just buy the 18 mo ones this week. I ordered them from Macys this week with free shipping and the friends and family discounts. Do you use Carters onesies? I know I don't use Gerber because my boys outgrow them too fast and never fit my boys right.

By the way - he is adorable!!!!!!!
