Holy headache
So for the past two days I've had a killer migraine....left work early yesterday and came home after 5 minutes of being there today. I know I can take one Tylenol but I'm trying to avoid it. Any other helpful advice? Should I call the doctor or is this all normal stuff? I'm gonna be 15 weeks on Friday. Thanks ladies for the help

sleep, i have the worst headache during my 2nd trimester, i pretty much avoided tylenol too...sleep was pretty much the only thing that helped.
so take a nap when you can.

ive been having really bad headaches for the past couple of weeks. i'm 16w1d. i think you can take 2 tylenol.
i just kind of suffered it out, sniffed eucalyptus oil.

Do you tend to have sinus problems/ I have been dealing with horrible sinus headaches for a while. I have taken to using Breathe Right strips at night and they are helping. Hope you feel better soon.

I had a lot of headaches and cple migraines in my first tri so I know the feeling  I hope they go away...now at 18w it is rare I get a headache just here and there

I get really bad migraines too and first trimester was KILLER since I couldn't take my usual drugs.
For me, a combination of icing the back of my neck, tylenol and caffeine (taken together) would help a little. I also found that rubbing vicks vaporub where the pain was most intense (under my eyes and back of my neck) also provided some relief.

I never had headaches in my life, till my 2nd trimester. My doctor just told me I can take 2 tylenol every 6 hours and to rest as much as I can. He also mentioned that they could be stress related and to get massages. IT WORKED. Even the 10 min massage that you get at the nail salon can really help. Feel better.
