Holy Smokes!!!
I can't believe I've finished my 4th month already! Where does the time go!?!?!

I agree.
I'm 18 weeks tomorrow and just came back from the doctor.
Considering it's twins and they will go early I'm halfway done.
This will be my only pregnancy so I'm a bit  at where the time went.
Guess this means, time to stop and smell the roses.
