HOLY Snow!!
It is coming down REALLY hard and thick in Northport... I called DH to see how it was by him (he is just a few minutes South of here in Commack) and he said it is like an icy mix and not coming down that hard which is so weird - how it can change so much in just a couple of miles?
How is it by everyone now??
If I look out my window - all I see is WHITE b/c the snow is so thick and I measured already 1.5 inches on the ground! Crazy!! The flakes are small so it should be snowing for a while.
My dog never saw it like this before and she is confused as to what the snow is I think - she is looking out the window, growling.

I guess the north shore is getting more snow and middle to south more of a mixture?? It always amazes me how that happens.
One time it was like three inches on the ground here and I had to go to Sayville for something and by the time I got there - nothing!

Now it is start to snow very thick here in Patchogue. I have to go to work tommorow in East Northport and Saturday so I hope that it is not to bad for Michael to drive in. This is the dancers last week of dance class before holiday vacation so I don't want them to miss the last day of class.

Ugggh I know! Still a rainy/Icy/snow mix here in Queens. The Ice sh*t has got to stop falling because it will be so icy and slippery once it freezes from the cold...

it's an icy mix here in So. Queens. no snow accumulation yet, but it's been snowing since 7am where I work, so I'm working from home today

We have a good accumulation here already and it is not showing signs of stopping - lol pardon the song reference haha - and my dog is STILL growling while looking out the window.

Had a Snow Day before our first flake even fell but by 10:30 am the roads were coated and it was near white-out conditions up here in Highland.
