We had a wicked storm about a half hour ago and another one is starting up now. The rain was so heavy I could barely see the neighbors house across the street and the thunder is that nice cracklin thunder!! I'm in Lindenhurst!!

Yikes!!  I'm in Rocky Point and we haven't had anything since about 4pm. DH said it was so bad you couldn't see through the rain.
Last night we had a few rumbles of thunder and flashes of lightning but that was it. It rained but not that hard.
I hope that happens again tonight, I have to go to the gym and don't want to drive in crapy weather.
