If you are a Slomins oil customer they are running a promotion right now actually, free alarm with 3 point entry, free installation, and free key pad. You just pay the monthly fee - which I am not sure of yet.

slomins - i have to say they did a great job installing and have great customer service when I call them. VERY happy with them.
OH - and it didn't break the bank either. I got a quote from another alarm company (can't remember for the life of me which one) and they wanted to charge me over 700 to do what Slomins did in under 200.

My neighbor uses Slomins and has been happy with them.
This is on my to do list, too. I really need to start calling around! We already use General Security, but our system is "old" (it came with the house), and we haven't exactly been happy with GS lately, either.
Can anyone give a ballpark range of what a new system costs as well as the monthly fees? We're paying $22/month with GS.
