Anyone use Home Depot to redo their kitchen….I would love to hear feedback

My ILs met with them when they were looking to remodel their kitchen and found they were more than a couple grand more than the private companies.
They went with a private company they met with through Pennysaver, or something and their kitchen looks beautiful!

Yeah we found cabinets there we love!!!! and sunday someone is coming in to measure....and then we are going down to see how much everything will be...

We ordered our cabinets from them. But my brothers measured and installed everything so it saved us a ton of $$

We didn't do it ourselves (it came with the house) but our kitchen is home depot brand (mills something or other). I have a feeling the previous owner did it himself. Anyhoo...we like the cabinets and they are holding up.

I think for what they charge you can get much better quality.
For me it's important that the cabinets are 3/4" construction, have the same wood & finish inside and out, and have 160 degree hinges on the doors.
I know a lot of the privately owned companies are competitive and give you better merchandise.

My dh is a contractor and he said from Home Depot he would recommend: craft made, & thomasville cabinets and for having them installed you would probably be better off having someone from the outside to install. He said they are very
