Home inspection today!!
I am so nervous and excited. The engineer is arriving at the house at 10 AM. We'll probably get there a little after to give him some time to work unbothered. Wish us luck... if all goes well, we should be in contract!

Best of luck
Just some advice, We were there for the entire inspection. It really helped us learn where things were in the house, what we needed to look out for, change, etc..

Just some advice, We were there for the entire inspection. It really helped us learn where things were in the house, what we needed to look out for, change, etc..
Good luck Hollie! I was going to say the same thing....its really important to walk through the whole house WITH them so you see everything.
