Home Inspector
ANy reccommendations for someone in Nassau and does anyone have any prices for them?
I know of a few but I want to see what others have to say!

I don't know if he works in Nassau but here is the inspector that we used. He was great and he charged $475 including the termite inspection.

He's from Queens...but he did our inspection up in Orange County (he's an acquaintance of someone my FIL works with) I believe we paid around $400 or $500. He was great and VERY thorough. Spent so much time looking at all details and he's very friendly.
