Home Sweet Home Inspections, they are very thorough!
I used them for our house as well as SweetTooth and MrsFlatBread.
The entire inspection was $435 (includes house and termite inspection).
We used Joe from Home Sweet Home Inspections, Inc.

i used a guy that was $350. with termites.. i have to get his name.. thats when I thought I was going to get this one house and it fell through... anyway he was really nice..FM me if you want the name
