Does anyone work for an agency that provides home instruction/tutoring to students?

I have been working with 3 different agencies since October and like it a lot. I have a few students that are supposively mine till the end of year.

Is there anyway to negotiate salary with them? I can't believe they get 50% or more of what the district pays them and they barely do any work.
