We are about to go into contract! Signing the contract this week  I'm soooo excited but we won't be moving to Long Island till mid June which means I am going to have a big preggo belly for the move

Rent a 2 bedroom apartment. Just for another year because I didn't want to have to worry about moving/house hunting while really pregnant or with a new born.

We bought a co-op in Little Neck. DH is currently commuting to the Bronx for work and me to the city. We wanted something that would cut down our commutes, in a couple years will be moving back to Nassau County. Maybe when we're expecting DC#2!

We own a one bedroom Coop, we are waiting to get into a 2 bedroom, hopefully going to buy a house in the next 2 years.

Homeowner here. We just paid off the mortgage last month so we are free and clear, thank god.
