Home preg. test.. did this happen to anyone else?
Last night i just felt like taking another prego test. (i just love seeing the results).. well something weird happened. Only 1 line showed up, but not the line that usually shows up saying negative.. it was the one closer to the pee area, but the other one didnt show up.. so had DH pick up another box.. thought maybe it was defective.. even tho the other two from the same box last week showed 2 lines. Again the same thing happened.
So sent dh out to get me a digit prego test.. That said "pregnant"!.. I go tomorrow to the OB and still very weirded out about the other two tests.
Has anyone ever experienced this? This never happened to my first pregnancy. Could this mean something is wrong?

How far along are you? There is only a limited amount of dye in each test for both the HCG side and cotrol side. If you are further along and do a test your HCG levels are REALLY HIGH and when the dye passes over the "test side" it is all absorbed there and none is left for the control side.............
This is why it is usually recomended that you don't keep testing! LOL

ahhh that makes sense.. the first two i took the first line was wayyyy darker than the second line.. the control like was alot lighter.. Defiantly the HCG line (first line) has appeared.. I checked the directions and in the picture they show a neg result and thats not the line showing up.
Not sure exactly how far along i am.. first day of last AF was 5/11.. so im thinking somewhere btwn 5-6 weeks.

My last AF was also 5/11 with a 27 days cycle so I am 6W1D today........
Yeah, your HCG levels are really high and that is what is happening on the line tests. Don't worry...your just really pregnant!!!
